Project Timelines<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3122\" data-end=\"3289\">\n<li data-section-id=\"z8n22v\" data-start=\"3122\" data-end=\"3188\">Timelines are <strong data-start=\"3138\" data-end=\"3151\">estimates<\/strong> unless explicitly defined as fixed<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"vcx2cb\" data-start=\"3189\" data-end=\"3289\">Delays may occur due to:\n<ul data-start=\"3218\" data-end=\"3289\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1uouqry\" data-start=\"3218\" data-end=\"3246\">Client-side dependencies<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1skav7b\" data-start=\"3249\" data-end=\"3266\">Scope changes<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"e84h0r\" data-start=\"3269\" data-end=\"3289\">External factors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3291\" data-end=\"3353\">The Company shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3355\" data-end=\"3358\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"rpdcxb\" data-start=\"3360\" data-end=\"3391\">10.
